Technical Compliance
Public technical evidence: schema, SSL, and reachability.

Which technical checks come before the content ones?
Before content-level checks mean much, a duller set of checks has to pass: does the site serve a valid SSL certificate? Does the product markup use correct schema.org structured data? Do redirects resolve cleanly? Can a normal browser reach the public page?
None of this is a verdict on honesty or policy. It is plumbing. A missing or malformed Product schema can make public product information harder to interpret; a broken redirect can send shoppers somewhere they did not expect. Both are worth fixing on their own evidence.
This category is often practical to improve: many items are a one-time technical correction, followed by a fresh public check to make sure the change is actually live.
