Which policy pages does a store need?

Returns, shipping, privacy and terms are pages a shopper may need before buying. StoreVerifier checks whether it can discover and open them, then extracts the public wording it can support with evidence. A link can exist and still lead to a shell, a block page or the wrong document.

The useful questions are specific. Is a return window actually stated? Are delivery estimates clear? Does the page still contain template blanks? When a clause applies only to one product or condition, the report must not stretch it across the whole store.

The scan cannot prove whether the operation follows the written policy. Compare the captured wording with checkout, fulfilment and your internal process yourself. Generous or strict is not the point; accurate, reachable and properly scoped is.

This is what can go wrong. A scan says which ones did.

Paste your address and we run the public checks we can reach. Account-only and manual work stays labelled.
